LuckyTester ("we," "us," or "our") operates an online storefront for electronics, digital accessories, and related consumer technology products. By visiting the Site, creating an order request, subscribing to emails, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to submit an order request or enter into a transaction facilitated through the Services. You represent that information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. We may refuse service, terminate access, or cancel requests if we suspect fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

The Site may allow you to save cart items locally in your browser. Cart data is not a confirmed order until we acknowledge availability and pricing in writing (typically by email).

2. Product information and availability

We strive to display accurate specifications, compatibility notes, and images for electronics and digital products. Manufacturers may change components, firmware, or packaging without notice. Colors, ports, and bundle contents shown on the Site are representative; minor variations may occur between production runs.

All offers are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue items, or substitute equivalent models when authorized by the manufacturer. If an item becomes unavailable after you submit a request, we will notify you and offer alternatives or cancellation.

Prices are listed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. We may correct pricing errors before confirming an order. Promotional codes, bundle discounts, and flash sales may include additional rules displayed at checkout.

3. Order requests and checkout

Submitting the checkout form on the Site creates an order request, not a binding contract. A representative reviews stock, shipping options, taxes where applicable, and any regulatory restrictions on certain devices. You will receive a follow-up message outlining next steps. Payment is not processed through this static demo storefront; production deployments may integrate payment processors under separate terms.

4. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery windows are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed. Electronics may require signature confirmation or adult verification depending on carrier rules and product type. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

International shipments, batteries, and radio-frequency devices may be subject to import duties, inspection, or certification requirements in your region. You are responsible for compliance with local regulations when ordering regulated equipment such as drones, high-power chargers, or networking hardware.

5. Returns, exchanges, and warranties

Unless stated on the product page, hardware may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery in unused condition with original packaging and accessories. Opened software licenses, digital download codes, and hygiene-sensitive wearables may be non-returnable once activated.

Manufacturer warranties apply to defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty service may require registration with the brand, proof of purchase, and shipment to an authorized service center. LuckyTester will assist with routing claims but does not extend manufacturer warranties unless explicitly sold as an optional protection plan.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method when payment has been collected. Restocking fees may apply to opened premium audio or computing items as disclosed at confirmation.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping content at abusive rates, interfering with security features, uploading malware, or using the Services for unlawful surveillance or harassment. You may not resell products purchased through promotional education or developer programs in violation of those program rules.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, logos, product photography produced by LuckyTester, guides, and layout are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited license to access the Site for personal shopping and research. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except as allowed by fair use or applicable open-source licenses referenced on specific downloads.

Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification purposes only.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUCKYTESTER AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted.
